Product Management: I am responsible for managing our product catalog, including product research, sourcing, inventory management, and product listing optimization. This involves staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to ensure we offer the right products at the right time.
Marketing and Advertising: I develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to reach our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial in e-commerce.
